Wi-Fi connectivity needs serious enhancement!!! Kitchen space felt cramped during peak times, frustrating. The need for better accessibility to local walking tracks could have been addressed!!!

What a comfortable stay, nothing too much trouble. Amazing location in a calm area right by Waitangi Day as well as the nearby Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Clarehall Shopping Centre.

The staff were helpful, providing great tips for exploring nearby attractions like the fine Waitangi Treaty Grounds, just under 3 km away, and the beautiful Paihia Beach, about 3.5 km away. I felt right at home in the cozy atmosphere of the hotel.

Amazing views of Haruru Falls from my room.

Upon arrival, the room was musty and damp. The furniture felt outdated and appeared as though it had been collected from various places. The noise from the busy road outside made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
