Wi-Fi connectivity needs serious enhancement!!! Kitchen space felt cramped during peak times, which was frustrating. The need for better accessibility to local walking tracks could have been addressed!!!

The staff were incredibly helpful, providing great tips for exploring nearby attractions like the stunning Waitangi Treaty Grounds, just under 3 km away, and the beautiful Paihia Beach, about 3.5 km away, making my city strolls so enjoyable. I felt right at home in the cozy atmosphere of the property, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.

Upon arrival, the room was musty and damp, making it quite uncomfortable. The furniture felt outdated and appeared as though it had been collected from various places. the noise from the busy road outside made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The peaceful vibe, stunning views of the falls, free kayak access, and a lovely pool made our stay nice. After all, who doesn't love swimming with a view?

Had an amazing time! We loved chilling by the garden area and trying out the BBQ facilities while soaking up the relaxing vibe. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit more reliable, but overall it didn't take away from our fun. 😊

The location provided stunning views of Haruru Falls, and being close to the walking trail was a bonus. The room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and inviting with thoughtful touches like snacks and drinks. I appreciated the warm hospitality from Michael, who offered great local tips for my visit, making my experience more enjoyable.

From the moment I arrived, Michael and Campbell were the most accommodating hosts, providing a warm welcome and ensuring I felt at home. The stunning views of Haruru Falls from my room were just breathtaking, and having free kayak access to paddle up to the waterfall was an unforgettable experience. Facilities like clean showers, a well-stocked kitchen, and a pool added to the charm, making this place ideal for families and friends. The location is perfect for exploring the Waitangi Walking Track and is only a short drive to Paihia for dining options.

The two-bedroom apartment was in dire need of refurbishment, with dated furniture and unpleasant damp smells lingering throughout. The noisy busy road made it challenging to sleep, and there was also confusion with room pricing on arrival. the proximity to scenic attractions and the availability of gluten-free food options were appreciated, as well as the relaxed atmosphere around the camping grounds, with beautiful views of the falls.
